What we’ll actually go through
- What the platforms said, in their own words. Real responses about a real brand — and the same questions asked months apart, so you can see what moved.
- How the score is built, what shifts it, and what doesn’t. Including the cases where it went the wrong way and why.
- A hallucination, and what was done about it. What the platform claimed, which platforms carried it, and the remediation that went out. We track a finding through to the fix — not to a model changing its mind, which nobody can promise.
- What comes out of it — the reports that go to a client or a board, and what the remediation tools do with a finding once you have one.
- Your questions, which is usually where the useful part of the call is.
Why we won’t scan your brand on the call
Because a scan that means anything needs your competitor set, your verified brand facts, and the questions your buyers actually type — and getting those right is the first week of working together, not the first five minutes of a call.
