Common Questions

How do I allocate queries across clients?
Each domain you create draws from your account’s query pool. Add 5 queries to one client domain and 15 to another — you decide. When a client leaves, delete their domain and the queries return to your pool for reallocation.
What happens if I need more queries mid-month?
Add them instantly at $5/query/month from your account settings. They take effect immediately — no waiting for a billing cycle. Or upgrade your tier for a larger base pool.
Are there any per-domain fees?
No. Domains are unlimited on every Agency tier. Add new client domains and remove old ones as your roster changes. Your only metered cost is your query pool and your BYOK API usage.
What does BYOK mean for my clients?
You use your own API keys to run scans. Your clients never need to create AI platform accounts. You can pass the scan costs through to clients as a transparent line item, or absorb them into your retainer — either way, CiteMetrix never marks up the API costs.
Can I white-label the reports?
White-label reports are included on Agency Medium and above. Remove CiteMetrix branding, add your logo, and deliver client-ready PDF exports with your agency’s identity.
What’s the difference between Agency and Business plans?
